No. Every plan is fully white-label, with private nameservers on your own domain, unbranded cPanel and webmail, and no reference to us in the panels or the DNS. With the private-label support add-on on Business and Enterprise, we answer your clients' tickets under your name too.
Pro, Business and Enterprise include a free WHMCS licence. It is the billing platform that takes the order, provisions the cPanel account automatically, sends the invoices and chases the failed payments. Starter can add one at our cost price.
Entirely. You build packages in WHM with whatever disk, bandwidth, database and email limits you like, name them whatever you like, and charge whatever the market will bear. The wholesale price you pay us doesn't constrain your retail price.
It lets you allocate more disk and bandwidth across your packages than your pool physically contains, on the reasonable assumption that most clients never use their full quota. It's enabled from Pro upwards. Used sensibly it improves your margin; used carelessly it means clients hit limits you promised them, so watch your real usage in WHM.
You are their first line, and you own the relationship and the branding. Our engineers are your second line, available 24/7 for anything at the server or platform level. On Business and Enterprise you can hand the first line to us as well, answered under your brand.

Upgrading between reseller tiers is instant and prorated. Past Enterprise the natural next step is a managed VPS or dedicated server running WHM, which gives you root access and your own resource ceiling. Enterprise includes free migration to that when the time comes.
